At Daruma Dreams ABA, we know that making a referral is about more than paperwork. It is about helping someone access support that feels meaningful, respectful, and practical for everyday life. Our team works to make the referral and intake process as smooth and supportive as possible.

    Family outreach and intake
    We connect with the family to gather information, answer questions, and review next steps.

    Assessment and recommendations
    A BCBA completes the assessment and develops recommendations based on the individual’s needs.

    Scheduling and service start
    Once approval and intake steps are complete, we move forward with scheduling and service planning.
