Our Approach

  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the study of behaviors and their functions. We can then use the data gathered to make measurement based care decisions to help teach new skills, build positive habits, and reduce behaviors that can hinder the ability to interact with others.

    We believe that meaningful progress happens when the whole family is part of the journey. Our virtual ABA sessions are designed to support not just the individual, but the entire family - offering practical strategies, consistent support, and real- world solutions that fit into everyday life.

    Through a collaborative approach, we partner with parents, caregivers, and families to create personalized plans that reflect your and your child’s goals and values.

  • Once you’re ready to take the next step, complete our contact form and a team member will reach out within 1 business day to send you the intake and consent forms. This paperwork helps us learn more about your needs, preferences, and what kind of support you're looking for. Whether services are for your child or yourself, this information allows us to get a full picture so we can tailor our approach to you. Be sure to have your insurance card handy—there’s a spot to upload it as part of the process!

  • After we receive your completed forms, we’ll schedule an initial assessment with one of our BCBAs. During this meeting, we’ll take time to get to know you, ask thoughtful questions, and gather the information needed to build a meaningful plan. Once the assessment is complete, we’ll submit it to your insurance provider for approval. As soon as we receive authorization, we’ll reach out to schedule a start date for services!
